Beth Bass is the Manager of the Pediatric Assessment and Teaching (PATCH) teams at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt and the ambulatory surgery center in Murfreesboro. Since beginning her career at Monroe Carell in 2006 as a Pediatric Nurse Resident, Beth has served in a variety of clinical and leadership roles, including bedside nurse, advanced practice provider, Team Lead, and now Manager. A two time graduate of Belmont University, Beth is particularly passionate about integrating technology into healthcare delivery. Her work focuses on optimizing clinical workflows, supporting APP teams, and leveraging innovation to improve patient care, quality, and safety.
